"Tony decides to go after everything that involves Stark technology that was stolen from him. the first targets are Crimson Dynamo and Titanium Man, then behind a terrorist organization that held him in his early days as Iron Man, "the ten ring". and so on around the world in search uncontrollable and rampant, many of his friends tried to make him see reason, but Tony was so obsessed that he does not listen to them. Finally when he was unprotected and unaware the iron was attacked by an unseen threat, the blacklash. Tony was severely wounded and almost dead, only alive because his enemy has thought that his punishment should be even more severe.Stark had many broken bones and decided to retire, the War Machine took his place, but was not related to any group such as the avengers. But Stark knew that the world needed an Iron Man, he created the NTU-150 Telepresence Armor, but that one was destroyed by blacklash too.Rhodes thought he could face the Blacklash, but was forbidden by tony, because he feared that his friend had the same fate. After a few weeks Nick appears and says to the Tony Stark forget his trauma and recover, Nick puts Tony in an extensive training and offers him a new technology called "extremis". After Tony receives the necessary training they decide to inject the never tested in humans, the virus extremis (all experimental animals died due to the complexity of the virus and rejection of the body). After a complicated process and cardiac arrest Tony back with the extremis virus in his body, giving him control over the armor by thought (besides all the other things in the it provides in the regular universe). Tony confronts Blacklash in a final battle, but much stronger and more prepared and puts an provisional end to the villain."
